Wow... framing. That is neat! I posted a few down as I am the one who is going through an addition as well. It seems as though things are moving pretty smoothly for you. You are very good at taking a "picture" diary. Maybe I need to do something like that.
That's a good question, I'm not sure how long it is supposed to take. I'm going to check the schedule and see how long they budgeted originally. It seems like they were conservative in the estimates and have generally been much quicker.
