Just Curious. Is your City/County/State requiring you to install Fire Sprinklers? I'm in that field in the Midwest and Sprinklers are not required in single family dwellings yet.
Yes, it is our city. The extent to which they require sprinklers surprised our contractor. He's worked all over Los Angeles, but never dealt with Burbank's strict ordinances for this.
